Are you feeling sad, confused, experiencing unexplained body aches and pains, disorientation, loss of time, loss of memory, sudden career or relationship changes, more alienated than ever from the world, excessively lethargic, lost, heightened sensitivities to foods, medicines, or supplements, surges of unexplained emotion, unusual dreams, lashing out, bouts of depression getting worse, alternate realities, feeling like you are in several (or more than one) place(s) at once?

If so, you are not alone.  If so, you are most likely experiencing DNA shifts as we [all of creation] move into a higher consciousness both physically and psychologically.

It is important to know you are not alone.  Most everyone is experiencing these RAM symptoms to a degree.  Very few it seems are gliding through Mother Earth's ascension into the fourth and fifth dimensions with ease and joy.

Some people merely pass off these symptoms as physiological in nature, psychological, etc.  This is not true.  Everything is physically ascending.  Still unsure about the truth to this statement?  Click these following links for more physical proof of ascension.  Also, please do your homework  and research this topic in libraries and the internet, and it helps to ask people in-the-know.

Maintaining an even keel, a balance within, working with ourselves and our issues and pain, gracing our bodies with weekly massages and nurturing healing, being kind to ourselves, forgiving ourselves and others, eating healthy and smart,  all these things will help ease us through this time of transition.

As things get Lighter some things get darker.  It sure feels like many, many people are communicating their innermost fears during this ascension.  As we move through these astounding planetary energies, gifting us with incredible opportunities for greater awareness and insight into who we are in all our divinity, we have the chance to gladly and willingly love ourselves more fully than ever.

Try not to slap a bandage on your inner pain.  Many of us have experienced a lack of love in our lives.  A lack of love that should have felt something like mother love, or nurturing on a deep soul level.  Instead, we have experienced harsh judging and accusations by our families and loved ones.  We have experienced neglect and abandonment on many levels including what I call "bleed-through past/parallel/future lives".  It has come to my attention that there are an abundance of people (women esp.) who cannot understand why things happen to them, why their lives have been filled with wrong choices, fear and manipulation.  I was one of these women and had to learn that I was not a victim to my circumstances.

There are deep cavernous holes inside of our hearts just begging to be filled with love.  We sometimes search for a way to fill this hole through marriage, relationships with friends, volunteer work, owning a pet, careers, travel, great $$ spending binges, over-eating, and addictions of all sorts.  While some of these are wonderful ways to experience love, they many not be what we're really requiring for healing.  These all seem to fill this void for a little while but we always return to the deep hole void in our hearts and discover the falseness of our recent little foray through life.  We learn to see the truth behind the mask of our lives, that there has been no filling up of that space at all, which can plunge us deeper and deeper into despair and loneliness.

What can we do to remedy this within us?  Well, we can certainly take a good look at what is happening during this ascension time and gain some clues that will assist us greatly along our path toward self love.

GIFTS IN THE "END OF TIMES"

• This ascension time of Mother Earth/Lady Gaia is filled with great gifts.  These are planetary, stellar energies bombarding everything multi dimensionally (including our three dimensional world called Planet Earth) providing us with newfound powers, gifts and talents we never knew we had.  We are now experiencing the love of our brothers and sisters: the animal, plant and mineral kingdoms of our Earth Mother, the De va Kingdoms, the Archangels Michael, Gabriel, Ariel, Jophiel, and Raphael respectively, as well as many other divine, loving forces of energy just waiting to assist us all in love unconditional.
• We are also learning how incredible the gifts of love Jesus the Christed One has to offer.  His experience as Christ Consciousness on this Earth some 2000+ years ago has taught us to love ourselves.  He once said that we must love our neighbors as ourselves.  When he said that he wanted us to understand how important it was/is to love ourselves fully for only then can we understand the depth and breath of love for our brother.  In order to reach out to the world, we must first reach inside.  Reach into our hearts and explore, examine and experience.
• Another gift from this ascension is the opportunity to let all our past life karma finally rest, be at peace, affording us the chance to fly in the face of freedom, fully.  We must take responsibility for all our choices, good or bad.  How reassuring this is to know that we have no need for the old patterns and belief systems we brought through to this lifetime.
• There is also a greater opening up now of awareness and allowing with many people.  More people are open to other spiritual options, realizing the great gifts of many of the world's religions be they Christianity, Buddhism, Zen, Tao, Zoroastrianism, etc.  What matters is there is a grain of truth in all things and it is up to us to discover who we are and what we desire to experience in our life ... and then do ourselves the honor to go out and live it fully.

Whenever you feel sadness or sorrow, or feel like the whole world is tumbling down all around you, just take a moment or two and look into a mirror.  Look deep into your eyes, the windows to your soul, and reflect upon your reflection, for there standing before you is magnificence!

We are never victims of our reality.  We are volunteers and when we feel specific oppression from someone, realize that they are including us into their reality and that we effect them on a deep level.  Sometimes we will elicit a strong negative response from a person or family member that appears as if they are judging us, or hating us for something "we have done".  They wag their finger at us in admonition and accusation.  Why?  Because deep down inside of themselves, we are mirroring back to them a pain within themselves.  Amazing, really.  So, Dearest Reader, realize the honor you have of just being in other peoples' lives; they find the need to draw you into their lives for a beautiful healing experience.

This powerful lesson also applies to you, for when you are in pain, you are finding a spot inside of you that says, "Hey, this hurts me."  Then ask yourself, why.  Go into your heartspace and feel it out.  All the answers are deep inside of you, and so is the love you seek so earnestly.  These family and friends who "cause us grief, agony and pain" are actually here to help us heal.

Use the wise medicine of our dear brother, Coyote the Fool/the Trickster (also the Fool in the Tarot), and laugh in the face of adversity, pain and sorrow.  Be like a child in your innocence and purity.  Learn discernment so as not to give away your energy or power to someone who would use it against you.  Draw your boundaries with the tool of discernment, but do it out of love ... not against someone, but FOR yourself and your self-love and honor.

During this powerful time, this ascension process, we are to look deeply within and find the love from the Creator there.  In order to balance and be one with the universe (YOUniverse) we must continue carry a loving forgiving heart and share it with our brothers and sisters.  We must step into our divine Adam Kadmon Higher Light Body, or allow it to merge with our physical body (which is what this ascension is all about anyway).  To do this we must purify our temples (body/mind/spirit) through and through.

Claim your own divinity, walk with unconditional love, and keep your heart open to love, for the world reflects what and who you are at all times.  Allow the gifts of Wakan Tonka, the Shekinah/Holy Spirit/Ba (Egyp. Dove), to bring forth the transmuting violet flame and transform old belief systems and patterns into unconditional love and light.  Through this time of ascension - be the flow.  Creator through and in YOU is the Way, the Truth, and the Light!

Supporters include local celebrities, Tom and Shondra Jepperson, and Olympic Skier, Suzy "Chapstick" Chaffee, whose Native Voices Foundation is partnering with Stanford University and the National Tribal Environmental Council (200 tribes) to bring their expertise to this project.

What motivated Turner, among other information, was Bill Moyer's Trade Secrets film on PBS which filmed a Mount Sinai School of Medicine study.  Moyer's body contained a chemical soup of 84 industrial chemicals: 31 types of PCBs, 13 dioxins, and pesticides such as DDT. Our initiative could help turn around the resulting 2 billion Earth citizens suffering and dying from cancer alone, in addition to smog prevention, a major cause of global warming, said this Turner of the Tide.

Already others are excited about becoming a Sister City of Sedona said Turner.

Caesar Moreno Sr., a renowned visionary Senator of Mexico's Baja California, wants to create a bridge of the best wisdom of the Americas," said Chaffee. His son Caesar Jr. has the best shot as Tecate, Mexico's first Green Mayor.

Sedona's Green Business Plan will include different levels of participation. At the end of each year, the Mayor and Council will host a celebration, featuring many of Sedona's finest saluting the most green businesses. Each can proudly display window stickers and plaques to let customers know the Who's Who in championing the healthy future of Sedona and the world.

What a difference we can each make by simply using natural substitutes for business and household products, said Turner. Who knew that cosmetics, cleansers and other household products pump 100 tons of pollutants daily into Southern California air, ranking second to tailpipe emissions. LEY LINES AND VORTICES OF THE AMERICAN WEST

Vortices appear to be points of power or energy on the Earth, and ley lines are the relationships between those points. An analogy might be that the vortices are acupressure points. and the ley lines between them are meridians on the skin of the body of Mother Earth.

However, reality is likely not so simple. My theory is that there is a template for this physical reality in a world existing concomitant with this one, and that template is geometric, or mathematical in organization. Matter is here, then not here, moving back and forth between implicate and explicate reality, as described in the theories of David Bohm, a contemporary and colleague of Einstein. This template for matter as we experience it in this explicate reality (the physical world) is in implicate reality, as also described in the"morphogenetic fields" of Rupert Sheldrake, a biologist at Cambridge in the 1960's.2 Joel Goldsmith, a metaphysical healer, often alludes to the same kind of system in his books, Jane Roberts mentions It in the Seth books, and Swedenborg Wrote of the correspondence between this world and that of the spiritual in Heaven and Hell, paragraph 90.

If this is what is, then it's possible that the template for our Earth 'in that unseen reality is crystalline 'in organization. Furthermore, that crystalline matrix seems to be similar to a geodesic dome--a series of triangular shapes fit together to form the skin of a sphere. The joining on the surface of the Earth at the apexes of these triangles are points of energy focus, the vortices of the Earth. Some of the principal lines of force Join -mg these vortices, called "ley lines, " form triangular shapes between vortices.

At these foci of energy Earth, as it forms 'in explicate reality (our world as we sense it), reveals the presence of these foci, or vortices, by -nations of geologic significance: These formations are volcanoes, high mountains, hot springs, mineral deposits, ends of sand spits near the ocean, sea mounts, forks of rivers, river mouths, large falls, deep gorges, rock outcroppings, and possibly others. Some dams are located on vortices, and often mineral deposits, especially gold, denote a vortex. There is a whole swirl of vortices around and near the Golden Gate Bridge, and these might be the coming together of several faults--many ley lines follow the great faults and waterways on the surface of our earth.

This system of vortices and ley lines is not a new idea. Sacred temples of the ancient world around the Mediterranean are located at powerful vortices, and drawing lines between them will bring out patterns of triangles. The Indians in the American Southwest as well as those in Peru and other parts of South America located their cities and the roads between them on vortices and ley lines, which look Like so many spokes and hubs. The Chinese practice the ancient science of geomancy. "The Olde Straite Pathes" of England,3 the location of Stonehenge and it's relationship to the Great Pyramid, Glastonbury and the myth of Avalon correlate to vortices. I'm sure there are many more examples throughout the world.

Edgar Cayce spoke of gigantic earthquakes in Southern California after Mount
Etna in Italy and Mount Pelee on the Island of Martinique exploded. Maybe they´
re all on the same ley line. I believe that these major lines "crack" the Earth in a regular, mathematical pattern. a function of pi. A geological graduate student in Montana proposed such a theory in the late sixties. I suspect that earthquakes that occur close to each other in time often represent earth movement along the same ley line. Many times I have found this to be so. For instance, Sheep Peak, near Las Vegas, and Winnemucca also, is connected to Mt. Rainier and the Point occupied by Port Townsend in the Puget Sound. Earthquakes have happened on the same day along this ley line.

The Chinese have practiced geomancy for thousands of years, and the cathedrals of Europe are located on powerful vortices. I suspect that many of the old Spanish missions are located on sacred ground here in our American West. To me, some of the cities on the West Coast seem to be located in really the wrong spots: Seattle, Portland, San Francisco and Los Angeles are situated in areas of confused jumbles of ley lines crossing every which way. Living might be more pleasant and secure if we would take the time to find a harmonious spot for the location of buildings and towns. If your house is crossed ley a ley line, and you don't like it, consult .with an old-time dowser as to ways of putting rebar in the ground connected by copper wire to pass the force around rather than through. your property.

Furthermore, I believe that the discomfort of "jet lag" felt after a long trip is our bodies complaining about crossing so many electromagnetic lines. This strips off our outer bodies -- astral, etheric, and mental -- which are susceptible to electronic forces. I usually feel terrible after driving the 1-5 freeway from Southern Oregon to Southern California because it crosses, rather than follows, some powerful lines between major vortices. After such a trip, I feel that I have to get myself "back together" again. If our highways, railroad tracks and airways were laid out Following ley lines rather than crossing them, we would move harmonious- with the earth, and our bodies would not suffer as they do now.

From an imaginary viewpoint out in space. large vortices appear to be the hubs of wheels, and the spokes emanating from them are ley lines. Some of these"spokes" are more powerful than others, just as there seems to be different degrees of strength to the vortices. These spokes are like gears. in that the spokes are fixed, but energy whirls about. to and from the vortices, moving from spoke to spoke in whirls o different and changing frequencies. Until we devise instruments to monitor and measure these lines of force, this idea will be only conjecture.

As viewed from space, some of these ley lines will cross each other, three or more of them, at exactly the same spot. These points of crossings are often in uninhabited places, wastelands or mountain areas so avoided that there is often no mountain or place name nearby to name them. These points of crossings I call Derived Vortices. Some of these Derived vortices are obviously quite powerful, because I found them by noticing the intersection of principal ley, lines (lines from known important vortices). These derived vortices and their relationships, or ley lines, between each other also meet three or more at exact points, forming further derivations. Often, near derived vortices, the aeronautical charts note areas of magnetic disturbance.

Except for the lines that end at Santa Barbara, the Oregon Vortex and the trench off the coast of Southern Oregon, almost all of these principal lines continue on to other countries and continents. I have limited myself to the American West because that is the area that I know. In years past. I have flown over (in a light plane), driven by, and hiked or camped on or near many of these sacred places.
